Results of the 7th annual 2010 ILTA Member Technology Purchasing Survey were revealed at ILTA’s Annual Conference in Las Vegas on August 23, 2010.

ILTA serves as the premier peer networking organization dedicated to maximizing the value of technology in support of the legal profession. The goal of this year’s Technology Purchasing Survey was to discover IT purchasing patterns and technology trends and was distributed to over six hundred ILTA member law firms worldwide which employ fifty or more attorneys. The survey yielded one of the highest participation rates in its seven year history. This forty-three question survey also included an unsolicited request for the names of legal technology vendors who provide exceptional customer support to their clients. Included as one of the top five legal vendors, mindSHIFT Technologies joined Dell and Microsoft among others on the list. IT professionals around the world rely on the survey as a trusted source for technology trends, resources and IT service providers that specialize in the unique needs of law firms and legal departments.
