Litigation Industry Veteran Mike Boris Joins IE Discovery

IE Discovery, a leading provider of comprehensive Discovery Management solutions to the legal community, today announced the addition of Mike Boris as a Corporate Discovery Consultant. Mr. Boris is responsible for advancing the company’s litigation support, document review and document repository platform technology in the North American commercial market.
Mr. Boris is based in Boston and brings more 20 years experience in legal and financial reporting, litigation support and project management. He has held senior sales and management positions at Infosys, LexisNexis, Thomson West, and Bowne & Co. In these roles, he has provided technical and litigation preparedness consulting services to assist Am Law 200 firms and corporate law departments navigate electronic discovery issues related to litigation and government investigations.
“A large part of Mike’s experience has been in helping large law firms and organizations manage litigation support and data, while managing their risks across the litigation life cycle,” said Bill Detamore, CFO and Director of Business Development at IE Discovery. “Our clients will find his experience in developing cost-effective strategies for reducing data sets for review and or production to be extremely valuable.” Mr. Boris’ expertise also encompasses discovery tools, including repositories, legal software, virtual deal rooms and complex document management systems.
Mr. Boris attended the University of Massachusetts Boston and DePaul University in Chicago (CPE) and has lectured at Simmons College Graduate School of Library and Information Science.
