Goodsill Hires Keno Kozie for Help Desk and Managed Services Support



Keno Kozie logoKeno Kozie, a leading provider of information technology design, service and support to law firms and legal departments, announces Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel LLP, one of the oldest and largest law firms in Hawai’i, chose them as their IT partner for Technology Integration, Help Desk and Managed Services support of their IT environment. The two companies have been working together for almost a year on a variety of implementation and support projects.

Keno Kozie provides around-the-clock system monitoring and Managed Services support, as well as assisting with some Help Desk services overflow.

We were looking for a group to help support us that had a very strong law firm focus,” stated Eric Fleckles, CIO of Goodsill. “Keno Kozie has really helped us to improve the functionality of our firm, mostly by alleviating the usual problem of our staff getting bogged down in the most tedious aspects of the IT functions.”

The Help Desk service provides professional, experienced and knowledgeable end-user support to the law firm for all systems and applications while Managed Services provides the firm with an efficient and cost-effective way to ensure the IT infrastructure and individual work stations are being proactively managed on a day-to-day basis.
