Document Technologies Names Shane Gammon Marketplace Director of DTI’s Birmingham Facility

Document Technologies, Inc. (DTI), the nation’s largest independent provider of legal support services and document outsourcing, announces litigation support services industry veteran Shane Gammon as the company’s new marketplace director for DTI’s Birmingham location. Mr. Gammon is responsible for sales and service delivery of DTI’s diversified legal support services to law firm and corporate clients in Alabama.

DTI delivers a full range of electronic data discovery solutions including data collection, processing, Web hosting, and review through their Birmingham facility, along with traditional paper-based litigation support services and comprehensive facilities management services.

Gammon joins DTI with more than 10 years of sales, operations and management experience within the outsourced document services industry. Gammon brings a strong background of exceeding client expectations, having previously worked for legal outsourcing companies in Birmingham, where he demonstrated a track record of successfully implementing process and workflow improvements as well as a consultative sales approach.

Gammon attended Georgia Southern University, is a Six Sigma green belt and a member of the United States Army Reserve. He is based in Birmingham.
