CliCKS Names Tim Batts National Director of eDiscovery Business Development

CliCKS, a discovery solutions service provider since 1990, announced the addition of Tim Batts to its Executive Team as National Director of eDiscovery Business Development. Tim comes to CliCKS with an impressive background in business development strategy, management and building client relationships for national and regional e-discovery solution providers.
As a recognized professional in discovery processes, he has developed, over the past decade, innovative solutions to meet the needs of his clients through the use of leading technologies and an innovative approach to complex discovery issues…while continuing to advance the notion that dealing with electronically stored information in litigation can be cost effective, efficient and defensible.
Tim has been responsible for successfully managing complex ediscovery matters for a host of practice groups including intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and employment law. Early in his career, Tim managed the growth of a regional service provider during the infant stages of ediscovery processing.

In his role as National Director of Business E-Discovery Business Development, Tim is responsible for all aspects of ediscovery sales growth on behalf of CliCKS. As a member of the Executive Team, Tim shares responsibility for the strategic vision of CliCKS.
Tim graduated from North Carolina State University where he focused on liberal arts, communications and business, and continues to be a student of the ever-evolving curriculum of ediscovery.
Tim’s devotion to service extends to his community. He has served as a volunteer for the March of Dimes and fund raising events for a local Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU). In addition, he is an active participant in the Boy Scouts of America.
